Forever and always..

I made this under a request for a friend whose her girl-friend is getting married in coming May 2010. I use the layout from Taylored-Expressions-Sketch-Challenge #107 I was extremely busy with my new job now and so I was quite away with my hobby card making. But I always follow-up any updates from some websites and blogs with interesting pictures and cards. No matter now busy I am, it is late after midnight now 215am in Monday morning...oops I still have to work in 6 hours later..my husband is grumbling now and asking me to sleep just like my mommy that used to be my schooling days.
So gotta go to bed now and off my laptop!!
And also thanks for dropping by and have great comments in my blog for the day!!

Welcome back!

This is my second card made for the day. I was too enthuastic with feeling to make another card for a friend who will be back from US next week. I tried hard to make a guy kind of card. I hope this is not girly typical one.
I have always like to make customized flowers such as the one that you see now and also did the banners on my own. I drew the plane too and cut it out. I used the Hero Art Stamp 'Wood' to stamp at the border with four sides. The background is embossed with Cuttlebug template with the pattern paper of Making Memories 'Christmas' theme is pasted on top of the embossed background.
Thanks for visiting my blog and appreciate to have your comments.
Have a nice weekend and happy crafting, folks!

Thanks....

I am doing this as a book mark for my ex-colleguea that she has done a favour for me. It was early morning today that I have a mood to make something for her. and I made her this 'thanks' book mark.
I used the Sizzix border cutter -Garden flower to have such an impressive outcome. A little punching to the butterflies and the Hero Arts stamp of the word of thanks.
I embossed the Cuttlebug template background to enhance the effect.
I love this package because it is so simple and fast.

I won the first card (theme: shape card-House) and being honoured to receive nice RAK from Macy.

Remember this....

Wow, it is a last minute for me to enter this challenge in Papier http://papierlove.blogspot.com/. My computer was hang and got stuck and I finally manage to upload at last minute and the time is about 1245am now Mar, 1.
Anyway, this theme is not really the LoveDovey Theme but it is a picture of a good friend and is very closed to us. My little William likes to be with him and plays a lot with this kind of big brother.
So I took the challenge as a guide to come out a transparency photo frame for him and to give him as a small gift with memory.  I made it quite a simple one with few embellishments as the stamping border frame of the swirls has taken nearly most of the frame.
Though if I dont get a chance to win this challenge, but I truly would want to share this method of framing photo that can be very fun as well with having great treasure the moment with him, Frank Lee.
Thanks for visiting and appreciate your comments in my blog.

Wedding Card

I am getting impressed with the Caardvarks Challengehttp://caardvarks.blogspot.com/ about wedding card.  Now it is the new year of 2010 and definitely many people have plans to get married in this new decade.

I am using soft cinamon Versa Color chalk ink to be the only color besides plain white. The background is embossed by the Cuttlebug Embossing template called Victoria. The stamps used are from mixutre of Hero Arts (butterfly, two hearts, background) and the sentiment of 'Wedding' (Making Memories).

Thanks for commenting and dropping by my blog. Have a nice week day.
